In industrial utilization of FKM, combination
of FKM and NBR may be required though FKM is difficult to adhere
to NBR.
In this case, ZEONET® PB exhibits remarkable improvement of adhesion
between FKM and NBR under their cross-linking process. In this
procedure, ZEONET® PB is applied not to FKM but to NBR for its
curing system.
ZEONET® PB is compatible with any type of cross-linking system
for FKM, such as poly-ol, amine or litharge system. For NBR cure,
both curing agent of sulfur and peroxide are applicable to this
coupling method by ZEONET® PB.
ZEONET® PB is also effective for adhesion of FKM and ECO.
